General Andika Prepares Forensic Doctors To Help Re-Autopsy Brigadier J: There Is One, You Can Add It Too
JAKARTA - The TNI Commander General Andika Perkasa is ready to help the Police to re-autopsy the body of Brigadier Nopryansyah Yosua Hutabarat or Brigadier J. TNI has forensic doctors who are ready whenever needed.
However, he has not received an official request for assistance from a forensic doctor for a re-autopsy. However, he has obtained this information from the Indonesian Forensic Doctors Association.
"If I'm not mistaken, I have brought the person here because I want to make sure that you are involved and joined by a team in one team, under the leadership of the Indonesian Forensic Doctors Association," explained the TNI Commander, Sunday, July 24.
"I leave a message, maintain credibility, maintain our integrity. The point is science, objectivity must be our priority," he continued.
Andika emphasized that the TNI did not offer itself. However, due to requests from the legal defense team and the National Police, the TNI is ready to help because it has human resources.
"We also have the hospital in case it is needed," he continued.
"And it turns out, one of our forensic doctors was chosen by the association. This association consists of competent and senior people in their fields who maintain the code of ethics and so on," he said.
"That's what we are ready for. We have prepared only one, if you want to add it, you can. The point is that we do not have any directives to determine who will join so that there are no suspicions," he said.
Previously, the National Police stated that there were seven doctors involved in the autopsy process of Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J. They are doctors from the Indonesian Forensic Doctors Association (PDFI).
However, the identities of the seven doctors involved in Brigadier J's autopsy were not detailed. It was only confirmed that they were experts in the forensic field.
In addition, the autopsy process will be carried out directly in Jambi. The goal is to avoid the risk of spoilage. Because, if the body is brought to Jakarta it will take a longer time.
"I don't know their names by heart, there are several professors there who are experts in their fields, especially forensics, they will attend," said Dedi.
Nopryansah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J died at the halfway house of the Head of the Propam Division of the National Police Inspector General Ferdy Sambo in the Duren Tiga area, South Jakarta, on Friday, July 8.
So far, Brigadier J's cause of death is said to have been involved in a shootout with Bharada RE.
But the family believes there is suspicion of premeditated murder behind it. So, report the allegations.
Based on the results of the case, Bareskrim upgraded the status of the suspected premeditated murder from investigation to investigation.
