The Luxury Of Dozens Of Homes Donated By Ganjar Pranowo In Brebes

JAKARTA - In the corner of Paguyangan Village, Brebes Regency, you can see dozens of houses lined up like a housing complex. Each house stands on a land measuring 6×14 meters, with different paint colors that make the impression of luxury.

The building is a housing complex assisted by the "Tuku Weak by Omah" program from the Central Java Government. There were as many as 30 families who received the assistance, who were members of the Bersemi Paguyangan Community, which consisted of drivers, laborers and traders.

The “Tuku Lemah by Omah” program is intended for poor families who do not have a home and are included in the Integrated Social Health Data (DTKS).

Recipients only need to own land, and later the house will be subsidized by the provincial government for Rp. 35 million and labor-intensive Rp. 1.8 million. The building with the Instant Panel System (Ruspin) system is being worked on collectively, with the local government and related parties.

Winarto, one of Ruspin's beneficiaries, said he was very happy to finally have a house, which he had dreamed of since getting married in 1998. During this time, he and his wife lived at his parents' house.

"In the past, after I got married, I followed my parents for several years. Coincidentally, my sister has separated. Incidentally there is a housing assistance program in the form of Ruspin worth Rp. 35 million. The condition is that an ID card appears at DTKS and does not have a house yet, and continues to own land. ," he said, quoted from the official website of the Central Java Provincial Government, Tuesday, July 19.

The man who is familiarly called Ato also admitted that he was more enthusiastic about living life after being able to occupy his own house. With this assistance, their quality of life is getting better.

"Alhamdulillah, before having a house, work was not enthusiastic, after getting a house of assistance, the mind can be calm, can find halal sustenance, sustenance follows. Yes, I got married in 1998 during the monetary crisis, and got housing assistance in 2021. A driver's job, and this really helps improve the quality of life, "he continued.

Interestingly, from the aid housing complex, each recipient is free to choose the color of the wall paint, so that the atmosphere of the complex looks varied. In addition, it is not allowed to build house fences, as well as excessive barriers between houses.

"The condition is, because this is a community, so all recipients don't have fences, excessive barriers. Well, even though the aid house looks luxurious, the interior can be explored, so that guests are happy, we have a nice house," he added.

Ato added that the construction of Ruspin, the Central Java Provincial Government, was in synergy with the Brebes Regency Government, to fulfill other facilities. Including the installation of electricity, latrines, and drainage in front of the complex.

"A collaborative system, if the province builds a house, and the district builds latrines, drainage, and electricity," he said.

The chairman of the Bersemi Paguyangan Community, Saifullah said, there are as many as 30 aid houses for members who have a livelihood as drivers, laborers and traders.

"The aid consists of 21 houses in 2021, and nine more houses in 2022," he explained.

For him, the program initiated by the Governor of Central Java, Ganjar Pranowo, is a solution to poverty alleviation in Central Java.

“I used to have a contract, and now I have my own house. The hope is that all the recipients of the aid can live in harmony,” he said.

For information, Ruspin's assistance has been carried out for 187 units last year. And by 2022, it is targeted to build 256 housing units. The “Tuku Lemah by Omah” program complements the home renovation assistance that has been going on since 2014.
