Once Down, Netflix Announces Its Service Is Back In Operation

JAKARTA - Netflix announced that its service is back in operation after experiencing a few hours of disruption on all devices.

According to reports from downdetector, reports of these blackouts came from countries including the United States, France and India.

As a result of the absence of access to Netflix, many users of this movie streaming service expressed their disappointment on Twitter, because their accounts could not be used.

According to VOI's monitoring, many users from Indonesia who participated experienced problems. They complained that their accounts could not be opened, even some accounts logged out by themselves.

But apparently, Netflix has solved the problem. At the end of March 2022, Netflix users reached 220 million subscribers.

Not only was Netflix experiencing blackouts, on Friday, downdetector also reported a problem with the photo-sharing application, Instagram.

According to the report, nearly 24,000 Instagram users were affected as of 5 p.m. ET (Friday 4 a.m. BST).

Later on Thursday, July 14, Reuters also reported that Twitter Inc also experienced a similar nearly three-hour outage affecting as many as 50,000 users at its peak.

Late last year, Meta experienced a nearly six-hour outage that left WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger unreachable for billions of users.
