Leading The Handover Of Positions Of 4 Pati TNI AD, KSAD's Message Dudung Has A Sense Of Brotherhood

JAKARTA - Army Chief of Staff (KSAD) General TNI Dudung Abdurachman led the handover of the positions of four high-ranking TNI AD officers who will occupy strategic positions at the Army Headquarters (Mabesad), Jakarta, Friday 15 July.

In his speech, KSAD Dudung conveyed to the four TNI AD officers that as leaders, they must have a sense of belonging.

A sense of belonging, he said, will arise when a leader has a sense of brotherhood, togetherness, and a sense of mutual understanding of the suffering of subordinates wherever they are assigned and located.

"We have to feel it. We as leaders have felt that too. Now, this feeling must be felt at any time, so that there will be a sense of belonging between the leadership and subordinates wherever they are and are on duty," Dudung was quoted as saying in a written release from the Army Information Service. He also congratulated the new officers in the Indonesian Army.

According to Dudung, these positions are an honor, so that the bearers should not feel doubt in carrying out the duties and responsibilities that have been given.

Then to the old officials, Dudung as the highest leader of the Indonesian Army also thanked them for their duties and responsibilities that had been carried out well. He then ordered the old official to maintain the good name of the TNI AD.

The four positions were handed over, namely Inspector General of the Army (Irjenad) from Lt. Gen. Rudianto to Major General TNI Richard TH Tampubolon, Commander XVI/Pattimura from Maj. Gen. Richard TH Tampubolon to Major General TNI Ruruh A. Setyawibawa.

Furthermore, Pangdam VI/Mulawarman from Major General TNI Teguh Pujo Rumekso to Major General TNI Tri Budi Utamo, and Head of the Army Research and Development Service (Kadislitbangad) from Brigadier General Terry Tresna Purnama to Infantry Colonel Jajat Sudrajat.

In addition to KSAD Dudung, this event was attended by the KSAD Expert Staff Coordinator (Koorsahli), Pangkostrad, Dankodiklatad, Danpuspomad, Danpusterad, Danpussenif Kodiklatad, Head of Army Hospital, Assistants to the Army Chief of Staff, and General Chairperson of Persit Kartika Chandra Kirana.
