The Long Road To The Beating Case That Dragged The Names Of Iko Uwais Vs Rudi, Finally Ended In Peace

JAKARTA - The alleged case of beating Iko Uwais as the reported party ended peacefully. Because, Iko Uwais agreed with Rudi who was the reporter to settle the case amicably.

"The results of last night's mediation were agreed upon by both parties, namely finding a common ground for peace," said Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes E. Zulpan to reporters, Tuesday, July 12.

The peace agreement came after the two parties held mediation on Monday, July 11, evening. In the mediation, members of the Bekasi Police were included as witnesses.

That is, the settlement of cases and even then put forward the Regulation of the Chief of Police (Perkap) of 2001 concerning restorative justice.

For that reason, the police decided not to proceed with the handling of the case to the next stage. They also agreed to withdraw each report.

"With the agreement, both parties agreed to withdraw the report," said Zulpan.

For information, Iko Uwais and Firmansyah were reported in the alleged beating case reported by an interior designer named Rudi.

The commotion was triggered by debt problems. Because, it is said that Iko has not paid the remaining payment for interior design services to Rudi of Rp. 150 million. The report is registered with the number LP/B/1.737/VI/2022/SPKT/Satreskrim/Polres Metro Bekasi.
