Seeing Inspector General Ferdy Sambo's House, Mute Witness Shoots At Each Other

JAKARTA - Observing from the outside, there were no damage to the four glass shutters on the 2nd floor of the official house of the Head of the Propam Police, Inspector General Ferdy Sambo at the Duren Tiga Police complex, Pancoran, South Jakarta.

Even the glass window near the main door of the official residence did not appear to be broken.

Upstairs, behind the window, the curtains were still tightly closed, but one of the shutters was slightly ajar.

While at the bottom of the house still looks deserted, there is not a single activity from the occupants of the house.

The head of the local RT, Seno Sukarto, admitted that he did not know the problem that occurred when the police shot each other. At the time of the incident, he said he was at home.

"I didn't know, I didn't know there was information about the crowd, I asked (the security guard) he said there was an event, so he also doesn't know anything, that's what I know," Seno told reporters, Tuesday, July 12 .

Seno said Inspector General Ferdy Sambo had lived in the official residence for a long time.

"It has been a long time since his rank was still AKBP, now he has two stars," said Seno.

According to him, the residents living in the Duren Tiga Police complex, Pancoran, South Jakarta, are not all high-ranking Police officers.

"Mix (who lives in the Duren Tiga Police complex). (there are) Still active, retired. Like I'm retired, I'm still here," he said.

At the time of the incident, the head of the RT admitted that he did not hear any noise or sound.

"I just found out Monday afternoon. Then I called the security guard. I asked. Because he also said the gunshots sounded like firecrackers. Because in the past, they used to often play fireworks on holidays. So, people around this think this might be the sound of fireworks," he explained.

Meanwhile, regarding the firecracker-like sound, Seno admitted that he did not hear it.

"I'm sorry I haven't heard (of hearing loss), but I asked the family whether no one has heard it, the neighbors haven't heard either," he said.

Until this news was written, there had been no activity at the official house of the Head of the Propam Police Division, Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, after the inter-police shooting incident.

Previously reported on Friday, July 8 at around 17.00 WIB, Brigadier Nopryansah Josua Hutabarat was found dead covered in blood near the stairs at the house of the Head of the Propam Division, Inspector General Ferdy Samb.

"When we conducted a crime scene investigation, we found someone lying covered in blood near the stairs going up to the exact direction of entering the bathroom under the stairs," said South Jakarta Police Chief Kombes Budhi Herdi Susianto at a press conference at the South Jakarta Police Headquarters, Tuesday 12 July.

What you need to know is that this is not the official residence of the Head of the Propam Division, Inspector General Ferdy Sambo. This house is only a stopover place for Inspector General Ferdy Sambo's family to self-isolate. Inspector General Sambo's own private house is not far from here, only about 1 km.
