Jokowi Regarding Tjahjo Kumolo's Substitute: We Are Still Grieving
JAKARTA - President Joko Widodo said the replacement of the position of the late Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform, Tjahjo Kumolo, was still in process.
"Not yet, everything is still in the process," said Jokowi on the sidelines of handing over social assistance for traders at Sukamandi Market, Subang, West Java, Tuesday, July 12, quoted from Antara.
He said that at this time he was still waiting, because the situation was still in a state of mourning.
"We are also waiting, still grieving," he said.
Tjahjo Kumolo died July 1, 2022, after being treated intensively at the Abdi Waluyo Hospital, Jakarta.
Jokowi has appointed the Minister of Home Affairs, Tito Karnavian, to concurrently hold the temporary position of Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform from 4-15 July 2022.
The appointment was based on circular letter number B-596/M/D-3/AN.00.30/07/2022 issued by the Ministry of State Secretariat.
