More Than 3 Witnesses Will Be Questioned Regarding The Police Shooting Case

JAKARTA - The South Jakarta Metro Police continue to investigate the case of the death of Brigadier J or Brigadier Nopryansah Josua Hutabarat who was allegedly shot by Bharada (2nd Bhayangkara) E.

South Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Grand Commissioner Budhi Herdi Susianto said his party had examined three witnesses from the case.

"Yes, there are (3 witnesses)," said Budhi to VOI Tuesday, July 12.

Budhi also said that in this case, his party will continue to develop so that it will examine more than three witnesses.

"It is true and will continue to develop because investigators will examine other witnesses," he concluded.

Previously, the National Police Headquarters spoke about the discovery of slash wounds on the body of Brigadier Nopryansah Josua Hutabarat. So far, police said, the wound was caused by the friction of the projectile from Bharada E's shot.

"The problem with the incision is due to the friction of the projectiles fired by Bharada E at Brigadier J," said Head of Public Information, Police Public Relations Division, Brigadier General Ahmad Ramadhan, to reporters on Monday, July 11.

According to him, based on the results of the crime scene (TKP), there was no use of sharp weapons. Thus, the scar is suspected to be the result of a shot from Bharada E.
