The Case Of Alleged Misappropriation Of The Lion Air JT-610 Victim Aid Fund By ACT Finally Rises Investigation

JAKARTA - The Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police has raised the status of a case of alleged misappropriation of aid funds for victims of the Lion Air JT-610 plane crash involving the charity Aksi Cepat Tanggap (ACT) from investigation to investigation. Sooner or later the police will determine the suspect in this case.

In fact, the misappropriation of social funds originating from the Boeing aircraft factory was allegedly carried out by ACT management, namely former ACT President Ahyudin and ACT President Ibnu Khajar.

"That the management of the ACT Foundation, in this case, Mr. Ahyudin as the founder and chairman of the board and supervisor and Mr. Ibnu Khajar as the chairman of the board, alleged that some of the social funds from Boeing were misappropriating for their own personal interests," said Ramadhan.
