The Executor Of The Robbery In Tajurhalang, Depok, Turns Out To Be Still Small, Got Off The Motorbike And Directly Stabbed The Victim In The Back

JAKARTA - The police have uncovered a robbery case that occurred in the Tajurhalang area, Depok. Four people were arrested and named as suspects, one of whom was a minor and served as an executor.

"The first perpetrator is MIH, aged 16, whose role is executor," said the Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes E. Zulpan to reporters, Monday, July 4.

While the other three act as intermediaries. They include MFM (21), IR (35) and SH (22).

The burglary case began when the victim with the initials M sat on his motorbike parked at the location, at around 00:50 WIB on Saturday, June 28. At that time, he intended to wait for his lover.

However, suddenly the victim was approached by two people riding a motorcycle. The suspect with the initials MIH immediately got off the motorbike and slashed the victim with a sickle.

"The perpetrator who was carried off the motorbike immediately slashed the victim using a sharp weapon in the form of a sickle towards the left side of the back and was immediately shocked," he said.

Then, the suspect immediately asked the victim to hand over his cellphone. The victim, who was scared and helpless, complied.

After getting the cellphone, the suspect immediately ran away. However, at that time the victim tried to chase him but his efforts were in vain.

"This victim was also able to catch up with his motorbike, but because of the amount of blood that was released, he finally fell and passed out," said Zulpan.

Apart from that, currently his party is still hunting for one other perpetrator who became a jockey when the robbery took place. The perpetrator is referred to with the initials MS.

"We are still looking for another perpetrator. We already know his identity," said Zulpan.

In this case, MIH was charged with Article 365 of the Criminal Code with a threat of 12 years in prison. Meanwhile, the other three who are intermediaries are charged with Article 480 of the Criminal Code with a threat of 4 years in prison.
