Minister Of ATR Hadi Tjahjanto's Order To Staff: Serve The Community Well Without Extortion
JAKARTA - Minister of Agrarian and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) Hadi Tjahjanto asked his staff to provide the best service to the community and that there are no illegal fees in the processing of land documents.
Minister Hadi Tjahjanto ordered all levels of the Ministry of ATR/BPN to change the image for the better by providing the best service to the community, especially to people who take care of their own files to the Land office.
He asked his staff to make priority counters for people who take care of their applications independently.
"Serving the community well, we will show that we have no such thing as extortion (illegal levies)," said the Minister of ATR/Head of BPN as quoted by ANTARA, Thursday, June 30.
Hadi emphasized the importance of working together from all stakeholders involved in the success of the government's priority program in the agrarian sector, namely the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL). He asked the PTSL program to be well implemented in order to provide the best service and legal certainty over the lands of the Indonesian people.
"This is what we continue to monitor so that we can achieve great success. After I was inaugurated by the President, I received instructions to accelerate PTSL," said Hadi.
Minister Hadi Tjahjanto said that the Ministry of ATR/BPN must resolve agrarian conflicts, including overlapping and land mafias. President Joko Widodo hopes that with the One Map Policy, ministries/agencies can have the same map.
"Thus, there will be no more land mafia, calm investors will enter Indonesia, legal certainty can be implemented properly," he said.
Regarding the eradication of the land mafia, the Minister of ATR/Head of BPN hopes for strong communication between the four pillars, including from the regulator, namely the ministry, implementing regulations, namely the regional government, and law enforcement officers and courts.
"Build closer communication, must be brave because our task is heavy. We must be able to find this land mafia if we catch one, all of them are also afraid," said Hadi Tjahjanto asserted.
The Minister of ATR made a working visit to North Sulawesi on Wednesday (29/6) to provide direction to the ranks of the Ministries of ATR/BPN in the regions. Minister Hadi gave directions to his staff at the BPN Regional Office of South Sulawesi Province in Makassar.
