Purchase Of Bulk Cooking Oil In Tanjungpinang Is Limited To 10 Kg Per Day
TANJUNGPINANG - Head of the Department of Trade and Industry (Disdagin) Tanjungpinang City, Riau Islands (Kepri) Riany said the purchase of bulk cooking oil at the consumer level was limited to a maximum of 10 kilograms for one NIK per day.
"The highest retail price or HET for bulk cooking oil is Rp. 14,000 per liter or Rp. 15,500 per kilogram," said Riany in Tanjungpinang, Antara, Wednesday, June 29.
Riany said that since June 27, 2022, the central government has started socializing and transitioning changes to the buying and selling system of bulk cooking oil for the community. According to him, the purchase of bulk cooking oil in the future must use the PeduliLindung application.
For people who do not have the application, there is no need to worry, because they can still buy by showing an electronic ID card to get bulk cooking oil according to HET.
However, this change is still at the socialization stage. After the socialization period is complete, all sales and purchases of bulk cooking oil will use the PeduliLindung and NIK applications.
"Disdagin also has not received a letter or official instructions regarding technical changes to the purchase of bulk cooking oil from the central government or the Riau Islands Province. We are still waiting for further directions," he said.
Meanwhile, Head of Price Stabilization Division at the Tanjungpinang Industry and Trade Agency, Mohammad Endy Febri, said that from a statement from one of the cooking oil distributors in Tanjungpinang, there are currently two buying patterns of bulk cooking oil.
First, using a scan method through the CaresLindung application, but currently they are still experiencing problems when checking in is difficult to enter or is marked green.
Each retailer when they have become a subscription or enter the MGCR application can immediately get a barcode, so buyers open the PeduliLindung application, just scan the barcode at the retailer.
Second, using the buyer's NIK input method, where the buyer to the retailer/trader must bring a photocopy of his ID card, then the retailer or distributor must input the buyer's NIK to be reported to the MGCR application.
"In the last two weeks, we are still in the socialization stage. We are also waiting for an official letter from the center and the province, only then can it be informed to the public as a whole," he emphasized.
