Stealing A Motorbike, Russian Caucasians In Bali Arrested By Police

GIANYAR - Russian foreigner Georgi Razhin (31) was arrested by the Gianyar Police, Bali, for stealing a motorbike.

"This Russian foreigner stole a motorbike. We then arrested him," said Gianyar Police Chief Adjunct Senior Commissioner I Made Bayu Sutha Sartana at the Gianyar Police Headquarters, Bali, Tuesday, June 28.

This foreigner stole a Honda Vario on Friday, June 17 in the morning at the Ika Kitchen tourist lodge area in Kenderan Village.

While in action, this Russian Caucasian jumped over the iron chain installed in the parking area. The perpetrator then tried to take the motorbike.

At that time, the speed of the motorbike was blocked by an iron chain and finally the perpetrator was caught by security officers.

"His intention was to have it. Because there was still a chain that fenced it off, he couldn't. When he wanted to open the chain he was caught. Then he was arrested," he said.
