Checked For 5 Hours, Nikita Answered 40 Questions Until He Submitted CCTV Evidence
JAKARTA - Nikita Mirzani has completed his examination as a reporter for the alleged unprofessional case of the Serang City Police investigator at the National Police Propam. There are 40 questions asked in the examination.
"Earlier, Niki was asked about almost 40 questions, where Niki had explained A to Z," said Nikita Mirzani's lawyer, Fachmi Bachmid, to reporters, Monday, June 27.
For dozens of questions raised by investigators during the examination which lasted about 5 hours, Fachmi was reluctant to go into details. The reason, mostly more to the internal client.
"Because one by one they were asked because this is an internal examination, in terms of what it means, I can't tell you what it is," he said.
Only conveyed, Nikita Mirzani also attached evidence in the form of CCTV footage. The footage shows Serang City Police investigators entering his house forcibly, on June 15.
"Niki has also attached some evidence that I brought, including recordings of several incidents from the 15th (June, ed) at dawn until that time, we have attached all of them," he said.
Apart from the examination process, Fachmi denied that the Serang City Police had attempted to mediate with the reporting party.
Because, until now, no invitation has been received by his client or himself regarding this matter.
"Niki has never been invited to mediation, or in writing, verbally, or by telephone," said Fachmi.
Nikita Mirzani previously complained about the alleged unprofessionalism of the Serang City Police in handling cases of alleged defamation that led to him being reported to the Propam Polri. The case handling process is considered very fast. According to him, the process of handling ITE cases must prioritize restorative justice. This also refers to the direction of the National Police Chief. The fact that happened, said Nikita, is that the process of handling this case has never implemented restorative justice. The complaint is registered or registered with the number SPSP2/3542/VI/2022/Bagyanduan, dated June 22. Serang City Police investigators visited Nikita Mirzani's house. The goal was to forcefully bring the woman who was known as a nyai. The reason for bringing her was because Nikita had been absent twice in the summoning process. Nikita Mirzani was reported in the alleged defamation case. The case was reported by the reporter who was later identified as Dito Mahendra. In fact, the handling of this case has gone up to the level of investigation.
