Dutch MotoGP Results 2022: Quartararo Falls, Bagnaia Champion
JAKARTA - Francesco Bagnaia successfully won the 2022 Dutch MotoGP at the Assen Circuit, Sunday. The Italian was followed by Marco Bezzecchi on the second podium and Maverick Vinales on the last podium.
Ducati rider Bagnaia started the race from pole position. He had a 0.4 second lead ahead of Aleix Espargaro as the race entered the fourth lap.
On the fifth lap, the incident occurred. Fabio Quartararo lost control at Turn five in a tight battle for second place with Espargaro.

With 12 laps remaining in the race, Pecco remained in the lead and this time overshadowed by Marco Bezzecchi from the VR46 Racing Team.
Seven laps remaining, the position of the leading three changed. Now inhabited by Maverick Vinales, Bezzecchi, and Pecco.
Bagnaia was even able to maintain his position as the leader until the race was over.
