Ganjar Admits He Met AHY During Friday Prayers At The Brawijaya Mosque, Didn't Know There Was JK
JAKARTA - Central Java Governor Ganjar Pranowo admitted that he met with the Chairman of the Democratic Party Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono. This meeting occurred when he was carrying out Friday prayers at the Nurul Hidayah Mosque in Brawijaya, South Jakarta.
"(Meeting AHY, ed) at the mosque near the house," said Ganjar when contacted by VOI via text message, Friday, June 24.
Ganjar did not explain further about his conversation with AHY. Meanwhile, regarding the presence of the Vice President for the period 2004-2009 and 2014-2019 Jusuf Kalla at the same mosque, the PDI-P cadre admitted that he did not know anything.
"Oh yeah (there is a JK in the same mosque, ed)? I didn't even know," he said.
There was also a meeting between Ganjar and AHY was recorded in a video that was spread. In the video, Ganjar is seen wearing a white shirt and black cap. Meanwhile, AHY uses black batik.
At that moment, AHY had time to ask Ganjar about the Second National Working Meeting (Rakernas) of the PDI-P (PDIP) which was held on 21-23 June 2022.
"Yesterday, the National Working Meeting went smoothly," said AHY.
Ganjar answered that question by saying that the PDIP National Working Meeting was running smoothly. Ganjar also mentioned that during the agenda he was staying at the PDIP Party School, Lenteng Agung, South Jakarta.
"Yes, thank God, thank God, let's go camping first," replied Ganjar.
Still in the same video, Jusuf Kalla also appears to be present at the mosque. At that time, he seemed to greet a number of residents.
