Girona Celebration Of Promotion To La Liga Almost Ends In Tragedy, Female Photographer Survives Death
JAKARTA - The celebration of Girona's promotion to the Spanish La Liga almost became a tragedy. There was a terrible moment that befell one of the club's staff.
During the euphoria, the club photographer almost fell from the bus that was moving on the highway. Quoted from The Sun, the photographer is a woman named Nuri Margui.
During the celebration, Margui joined the party with the players on the roof of the open-air bus to capture every moment that happened through the camera lens.
According to the same source, the bus had passed through an area of trees on the highway. Unfortunately, at that moment, Margui was thrown from the bus, allegedly due to being hit by the trees.
When this happened, Margui could only hold onto the bus part with her left hand. While his right hand is still trying to hold the camera.
Luckily only a few seconds later, Girona's players realized this. Arnau Martinez, who was near Margui, immediately caught him and lifted the photographer back up.
Not only Martinez, his colleagues, Ramon Terrats and Gabri, also helped. They held the photographer's right side.
The accompanying police also rushed to catch the bus in an effort to secure Nuri Margui if she finally fell. The bus then stopped, and the blonde woman was able to be picked up.

After the incident, Nuri Margui actually made a joke on her social media by saying that saving the camera was the most important thing
"No matter what, don't take your camera off," she wrote on Instagram.
Girona himself qualified for the 2022/2023 La Liga after winning the playoffs. Competing with Eibar, Las Palmas and Tenerife, Girona can advance to the final and grab promotion tickets to the highest league next season.
