Confirms Tjahjo Kumolo To Hospital, PDIP: Please Pray

JAKARTA - PDI-P DPP chairman Djarot Saiful Hidayat confirmed that Menpan RB Tjahjo Kumolo is currently being treated at the hospital. He asked for prayers for his colleague for a speedy recovery.

"It's true, he (Tjahjo, ed) is being treated and needs rest," said Djarot when confirmed by VOI via text message, Friday, June 24.

Djarot did not elaborate on the illness that Tjahjo was suffering from. "Please pray for him to be healthy and fit," he said.

He also did not want to talk further about the news that Tjahjo was being treated at the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Because, Djarot does not know the latest condition of the former PDIP Secretary General.

"I don't know yet, the important thing is to pray for Mas Tjahjo to get well soon," he said.

For information, the Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform, who was reportedly sick, also did not attend the PDIP II National Working Meeting (Rakernas) at the Party School, Lenteng Agung, Jakarta, which was held on June 21-23.

In fact, a number of ministers from PDIP such as Minister of Law and Human Rights Yasonna Laoly, Cabinet Secretary (Setkab) Pramono Anung were also present. In addition, President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) was also present.
