Six People Have Been Questioned Regarding Thuggery Actions In Rawa Bunga Jatinegara, But The Police Have Not Found The Perpetrators Yet
JAKARTA - The East Jakarta Metro Police Satreskrim has yet to find the main perpetrator of the stabbing of residents of Jalan Kemuning, Rawa Bunga, Jatinegara, East Jakarta. Whereas the East Jakarta Police have arrested 6 people suspected of being Gunung Antang thugs, who are said to have attacked residents with sharp weapons and firearms.
"Not yet, not yet. The allegations (perpetrators) have not. Yesterday (Monday 13 June, evening) we just interrogated (6 people from Mount Antang). The perpetrators have not been arrested," said East Jakarta Metro Police Criminal Investigation Unit AKBP Ahsanul Muqaffi when confirmed by VOI, Tuesday, June 14, noon.
Although the six people have been interrogated by East Jakarta Metro Police investigators, not one person has been indicated to be involved in the attack.
"So what was suspected was whether this was really the person and it turned out not to be (after interrogation)," he said.
However, this case is still ongoing. Because local residents asked the police to arrest the main culprit.
"Regarding the real culprit, we are looking for it. We are still looking for it," he said.
Currently, the East Jakarta Metro Police have examined a number of witnesses related to the stabbing incident.
"We have examined the witness. Please pray, we will continue the pursuit," he said.
