In His Mother's Arms, Ridwan Kamil's Baby Sprinkles Flowers On Eril's Grave
BANDUNG - Arkana Aidan Misbach, joined the departure of his brother, Emmeril Kahn Mumtadz or Eril, to the last grave. The baby pointed at Eril's grave mound before finally sprinkling flowers.
In the arms of his mother, Atalia Praratya, Arkana was helped to put roses on top of Eril's last resting house.
The procession was preceded by Ridwan Kamil and Atalia Praratya sowing flowers and then pouring water in a complete jug from the top to the bottom of the deceased's grave.
Followed by Ridwan Kamil's second child, Camillia Laetitia Azzahra, carrying a bag filled with flowers. His right hand sprinkled flowers on the mound of earth that buried Eril's feet.
The bag was then welcomed by Ridwan Kamil and given to his wife who was carrying an adopted toddler from a married couple who died from COVID-19.
Then it was Ahmad Syarif Puradimadja's turn, Ridwan Kamil's father-in-law to use a stick to sprinkle flowers.
The funeral procession then continued to pray together for the deceased who left his family at the age of 22.
The funeral in Cimaung, Bandung Regency began when the convoy of cars carrying Eril's body departed from the funeral home of the Pakuan Building, Bandung City at around 09.00 WIB, and arrived at the family funeral area at 10.55 WIB.
Based on the observation of the VOI editorial staff at the location, Eril's carriage carried through the crowds of people who filled the gates of the cemetery.
The group that passed through the gate through the road descending to the cemetery area not far from the two large tents stood.
The tent is the location for Ridwan Kamil's family and wife Atalia Praratya, Forkopimda, colleagues and relatives to witness firsthand Eril's funeral at the last tomb.
Around 12 noon, after the procession for family and relatives was finished, the general public was only allowed to enter the burial area.
