East Kalimantan Governor Isran Noor Believes IKN Will Become The Best City In The World, Surpassing Astana, Kazakhstan, Where Dayana Lives
SAMARINDA - Governor of East Kalimantan, Isran Noor emphasized that the Capital of the Archipelago (IKN) in North Penajam Paser and Kutai Kartanegara Regencies, East Kalimantan would be the best city in the world.
According to Isran Noor, the IKN development project has been designed for the purpose of developing a government center and complete with environmental management.
"This IKN design was recognized by the famous Kazakh City Architecture from Japan, Kisho Kurokawa, who is a city architect in Kazakhstan," said Isran Noor at the East Kalimantan Green Development Expose talk show which was initiated by the Regional Council for Climate Change (DDPI) of East Kalimantan, at the Mercure Hotel Samarinda. In fact, IKN will be the best example of development throughout the world, if the initial design of the development is actually realized. Today the city of Astana in Kazakhstan is still the best in the world.
"That's not what I said. I imagine, too. This is true. The city is in the forest. It has a very diverse animal and biological diversity. If it's just birds, they will come as long as there are trees," said Isran.
