The Chairman Of The Khilafatul Muslimin Surabaya Orders His Followers To Speak The Truth When Questioned By The Police

SURABAYA - The chairman of the Greater Surabaya Khilafatul Muslimin, Aminuddin Mahmud asked his followers to be open when questioned by the police. The plan is that investigators from the Ditreskrimum of the East Java Police will examine the management of the Khilafatul Muslimin Surabaya, Thursday, June 9.

"If examined, tell the truth. So what is called the truth will never change," said Amin, his nickname, confirmed, Wednesday, June 8.

Amin admitted that he had been questioned by the East Java Regional Police on Monday. However, he did not provide details regarding the examination. "If I was examined last Monday. Well, tomorrow (Thursday) about 18 people were called," he said.

Amin hopes that law enforcement officers prove that the Khilafatul Muslimin is considered wrong and heretical. He hopes everything will be revealed to the public. "We don't think we are right. But if this (Khilafatul Muslimin) is wrong, prove where it went wrong," he said.

Amin also responded to the dissolution of the Khilafatul Muslimin. He explicitly stated that Khilafatul was not a mass organization. So there is no need to disband. "Once again I say, this is not an organization," he said.
