JAKARTA - The East Jakarta Maritime and Agricultural Food Security Sub-Department (KPKP) is guarding the entry point for animal transport vehicles from outside Jakarta. This is done to check whether the incoming sacrificial animal is exposed to mouth and nail disease (FMD).
One point of the livestock control post was established in Lampiri, Jalan Inspeksi Kalimalang, Pondok Kelapa, Duren Sawit, East Jakarta. The blocking has been carried out since Tuesday, June 7, at night.

"The monitoring of the traffic of sacrificial animals at this check point is to prevent the entry of sacrificial animals into Jakarta that are not equipped with an animal health certificate (SKKH) from the area of origin. This is to prevent the spread of foot and mouth disease (PMK) in Jakarta," Ali told reporters. , Wednesday, June 8th.
According to him, the check point for blocking in East Jakarta is only at one point, namely Jalan Raya Inspection Kalimalang, Lampiri, Pondok Kelapa.
