BPIP Says Ende Has A Long History Regarding The Establishment Of Pancasila
ENDE - Secretary of the Steering Committee for the Pancasila Ideology Development Agency (BPIP) Major General (Purn.) Wisnu Bawa Tenaya stated that Ende Regency, East Nusa Tenggara, has a long history of formulating the state ideology of Pancasila.
"Ende was chosen as the first location for the commemoration of the Birthday of Pancasila outside the capital city of Jakarta because it has a long history of formulating Pancasila," he said at a press conference for the Commemoration of the Birthday of Pancasila at the Office of the Regent of Ende, Tuesday, May 31.
It was in Ende Regency, said Wisnu, that Bung Karno concluded and abstracted the thoughts that had been fought for to give birth to the formulation of the precepts in Pancasila and its points.
The series of commemorations of Harlah Pancasila in Ende will witness the history of a state ceremony led by the President of the Republic of Indonesia Joko Widodo as the Ceremony Inspector. The commemoration of Harlah Pancasila will feature a variety of activities, including a national charm parade, creative economy exhibition, MSME exhibition, and cultural arts performances.
In addition, it also strengthens the development of Pancasila ideology, national symposiums and seminars on the earthing and cultivation of Pancasila, traces of the spectacle and formulation of Pancasila, visits to exile homes and meditation parks, awarding traditional titles, and the declaration of Pancasila education in the curriculum.
In commemoration of Harlah Pancasila in Ende City, BPIP hopes to form a new spirit that internalizes the values of Pancasila to remote areas of the country.
Thus, according to him, this spirit can inspire the community and young people to work together and unite in the earthing of Pancasila which contributes to world civilization.
"Let's be united and work together, including collaborating with pentahelix (multi-stakeholders)," Wisnu invited, quoting Antara.
