Hit By Netizens 'Imaging Leaders' When Responding Quickly To Residents' Complaints, Gibran Rakabuming Gives A Courteous Reply

JAKARTA - Solo Mayor Gibran Rakabuming Raka's quick response to a netizen's complaint on Twitter was even responded to cynically by the account, @HarimauKunto. In the end, the account was lectured by residents on the application bearing the blue bird.

Initially, Gibran responded to netizens' complaints with the @ferrimega account regarding the management of Family Cards (KK) at the local Disdukcapil. The account also shows a screenshot when confirming the continuation of the KK drain.

Unfortunately, the Dukcapil account did not provide the desired response. In the screenshot, the applicant has been waiting for approximately two weeks.

"It's been 2 weeks making the KK, there is no clarity. Asked what the lack was, there was no response. Mas @gibran_tweet, please give his subordinates guidance on ASN VALUES with AKHLAK," protested the @ferrimega account reported Monday, May 30.

Receiving a mention from the account, Gibran immediately gave a quick response. Gibran asked the person concerned to provide a cellphone number so that the problem could be followed up quickly.

"Wow, this is not true. I'm sorry, sir. Can I have your cellphone number?" Gibran replied via his personal Twitter, @gibran_tweet.

Problems start from here. The @HarimauKunto account suddenly jumped in and asked Gibran not to do much imagery. Supposedly, Gibran immediately contacted the related party (Disdukcapil) and gave strict sanctions if he found a problem.

"It is better for the mayor to ask the relevant department. Continue to be directed if there is someone who reports again on Twitter, I will give sanctions. So if the leader does not have an image. This is asking for a cellphone number, why ask for a cellphone number. What's important is that the people are helped and it doesn't happen repeated," tweeted the cynical account.

Gibran then replied to this account's tweet. According to Gibran, requesting a cellphone number to the applicant so that he can directly contact and find out what the problem is. Next, the problem is immediately processed.

"I ask for a cellphone number so I can contact the person concerned and immediately resolve the existing problem. Yes, if this is considered an image, please," replied Gibran.

Netizens were also busy commenting, giving 'lectures' to accounts that protested Gibran's quick response. For example the @masafa**** account which states that Gibran's goal is only to check the problem from the applicant.

"Ask for the cellphone number, maybe just to check it... so that you don't get caught up in a hoax," he chirped.

"It's faster if Gibran is the one who immediately intervenes, who is the related department? It's the same thing being thrown here and there... Continue mas, imaging is only for those who don't produce solutions," tweeted the account @catur****

"Don't ignore it, Mr. Guardian, that person is a slut. The response is wrong. There's no response. Moreover, it's a person who is suitable for living in the forest," replied the account @salawaso_****
