Arsenal Wants To Sign Federico Dimarco, Inter Milan Asks For Rp343 Billion
JAKARTA - Arsenal continues to move to improve the team in order to face the 2022/2023 season. A number of recent names have been associated with the club nicknamed the London Cannon.
This time Federico Dimarco's name is reportedly included in Arsenal's wanted list. In fact, the player who plays as a defender has just extended his contract with Inter Milan.
Reported by several Italian media, Arsenal management has contacted Inter Milan asking the possibility of bringing the 24-year-old player. The Italian Serie A club reportedly opened up and priced the player at least 22 million euros, or around Rp. 343 billion.
But until now there has been no latest news about the possibility of this transfer. Arsenal are said to be reluctant to spend more than 20 million euros, reported Football Italia.
Dimarco is a player who plays as my original left back. However, when he was at Inter and Hellas Verona, he was often played as a left-wing striker when using a five-midfield formation.
Apart from being able to play on the left wing, Dimarco can also be played as a center back and he is able to execute set pieces if needed.
Dimarco is listed as a genuine product of Inter's academy and he is a man who was born in the city of Milan and is highly appreciated by the fans, so it is quite difficult to make the 24-year-old player leave the Giuseppe Meazza in the near future.
This season, Dimarco has played 42 games for Inter and created two goals and five assists in various competitions in 1,892 minutes played.
