Perpetrators Of Persecution Of 16-Year-Old Boys In South Tangerang Still Under Police Investigation
TANGSEL – The South Tangerang Police have arrested the perpetrator of the mistreatment of MZA, a 16-year-old boy whose tongue was burned with a cigarette. However, the Head of Criminal Investigation at the South Tangerang Police, AKP Aldo Primananda Putra, explained that of the eight people who were arrested, only four people had been questioned.
Aldo said that the four children who had been examined were under the age of 12, as well as the victim's neighbor, MZA.
"The reported person is also a minor, known to be a playmate," Aldo told reporters at the South Tangerang Police, Thursday, March 19.
"In the meantime, there are 8 suspected child perpetrators. But 4 people have already taken information," he continued.
According to Aldo, the police have coordinated with the head of the local RT, the parents of the perpetrators and the victim regarding the security of a number of perpetrators.
"Further investigation and clarification of existing witnesses," he said
Contacted separately, the South Tangerang Police Chief, AKBP Sarly Sollu, said that his party was still asking for information from the 4 arrested perpetrators.
"We are waiting for the suspected perpetrators to be investigated. We will inform you later," he concluded.
