In the case of alleged corruption in the PDPDE, the Public Prosecutor revealed that there was an unnatural deviation resulting in state financial losses which, according to expert calculations from the Indonesian Supreme Audit Agency, amounted to 30,194,452.79 US dollars. derived from the proceeds from the sale of gas minus operating costs for the period 2010-2019, which should have been received by the South Sumatra PDPDE worth US$63,750 and Rp2.1 billion, which is a capital contribution that should not have been paid by the South Sumatra PDPDE.
