Indonesian Contingent Adds 2 Gold Medals From Shooting, Tennis Donates Silver And Wushu Wins Bronze

JAKARTA - The Indonesian contingent continues to add to its medal tally at the 2021 SEA Games. Today, Monday, May 16, the Red and White team won the gold medal again.

The gold medal came from the shooting sport. This gold medal was donated by Dewi Laila Mubarokah and Anang Yulianto/Dewa Putu Yadi Suteja/Totok Tri Martanto.

Dewi Laila won a gold medal in the Women's 10m Air Rifle. In the final, Dewi managed to outperform the host athlete Thao Phi Thanh.

Meanwhile, Anang Yulianto/Dewa Putu Yadi Suteja/Totok Tri Martanto won gold from the Men's 25m Rapid Fire Pistol Team. They beat representatives from Vietnam.

This is the 20th and 21st gold medal for the Indonesian contingent at the 2021 SEA Games.

Meanwhile, the men's team tennis team contributed a silver medal. When facing Thailand in the final, Christopher Rungkat et al lost 1-2 to his opponent.

Meanwhile, the bronze medal also increased for Indonesia. This additional 25th bronze medal was won from the Wushu sport through the appearance of Thania Kusumaningtyas who fell in the Sanda 60kg number.
