Karolin explained that in Tembawang Bale Village, the stunting rate reached 35.6 percent, so the problem of stunting had to be done from the time of planning a wedding.
"According to health and the government, the woman is married at least 20 years old, and if the man is at least 25 years old. Don't wait until you are 30 years old, sorry for being alone and there is no one to take care of it at home," he said.
Regent Karolin explained that one of the important things for pregnant women, nursing mothers and mothers after giving birth is to eat nutritious food, because they need adequate nutrition and nutritional content in caring for and growing children.
"So, you can eat fish, meat, vegetables and so on. Eat a variety of foods so that the nutritional content can vary. For example, today you eat spinach, the next day you eat kale, the next day pumpkin," he said.
According to him, fulfilling nutrition is very important for healing mothers who have given birth, so that their children are healthy, their mothers are also healthy, and for breastfeeding mothers so that their breast milk is nutritious.
