Rowing Sport Donates Indonesia's First Gold Medal At The 2021 SEA Games, Won By The Pair Kakan Rusmana / Ardi Isadi

JAKAKARTA - The rowing sport became Indonesia's first gold medal contributor at the 2021 SEA Games. In this sport, two gold medals were won.

Indonesia's first gold medal was presented by the pair of Rusmana/Ardi Isadi. They became the best in the lightweight men's doubles sculls.

Kakan/Ardi defeated representatives from the Philippines who won a silver medal, and Vietnam who won a bronze medal.

Meanwhile, the second gold medal from this sport was presented by the Sulfianto/La Memo pair. Both of them won the men's doubles sculls number.

This Indonesian pair beat Thailand's representatives who won silver medals and Cambodia who won bronze.

Paddle also contributed a silver medal in the women's quadruple sculls event. The team, which was strengthened by Putri Agni Anugrah, Annisa Meilani Yahya, Maslin Efrilia and Dewi Purwanti, had to recognize the superiority of the host team, Vietnam.

With this result, Indonesia has now collected two gold, one silver and one bronze medals.
