Two Directors Buy Hospital Shares Owned By Conglomerate Martua Sitorus, How Much Is It?

JAKARTA - Two managing directors of the Murni Teguh Hospital, PT Murni Sadar Tbk (MTMH), have agreed to buy the company's shares. The two are Clement Zichri Ang and Felix Vincent Ang.

The two directors of Murni Teguh Hospital are the children of Tjhin Ten Cun and dr Mutiara. Tjhin Ten Cun is the main commissioner of MTMH, while dr. Mutiara occupies the position of the main director of MTMH.

In addition, Tjhin Ten Cun, dr Mutiara, Clement, and Felix are shareholders in PT Sumatra Teknindo which is the controller of MTMH. Meanwhile, dr Mutiara is the biological sister of Martua Sitorus.

In an information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website, quoted on Tuesday, May 10, Clement Zichri Ang bought MTMH shares so that his ownership became 3,312,750 shares or 0.16 percent. Previously, he held 912,750 MTMH shares or 0.04 percent.

The transaction date takes place on April 21, 2022 or one day after MTMH listed its initial shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on April 20, 2022. Clement made transactions of 1.5 million shares at a price of Rp 1,490 per share, 100,000 shares at Rp 1,495 per share , and 800,000 shares at Rp 1,500 per share.

Meanwhile, Felix Vincent Ang bought 100,000 shares or 0.04 percent at a price of Rp. 1,541.8 per share on April 22, 2022. The purpose of the transaction is to save shares.

For information, the majority of shares in RS Murni Teguh are owned by PT Sumatra Teknindo at 32.56 percent, Jacqueline Sitorus (son of Martua Sirotus) 21.15 percent, Andi Indigo (nephew of Martua Sitorus) 20.54 percent, Thio Ida 4.53 percent ( brother of Martua Sitorus), Tjhin Ten Cun 3.02 percent, and a number of other names including Ganda (brother of Martua Sitorus).

MTMH and its subsidiaries are health care providers with a focus on cardiovascular and oncology as well as a health education center. Currently, the company and its subsidiaries own five hospitals in Medan, Jakarta, Bali and Tangerang and operate one hospital in Medan using the operational cooperation method.
