Jamintel: The Village Attorney's Program Presses Conflict In The Community
JAKARTA - Deputy Attorney General for Intelligence (Jamintel) Attorney General Amir Yanto suggested the ranks of the Attorney General's Intelligence Division to conduct counseling on the Village Entry Prosecutors Program (JDM) because it is able to create harmonization and suppress conflict in villages.
"It is hoped that each work unit will carry out this program regularly to reduce conflict in the community and the crime rate so that the presence of prosecutors in the community will build public trust and become a role model that law enforcement in society exists and is real to do," said Amir, quoted by Antara, Monday. , May 9th.
He focused on the issue of the current political year in Indonesia and advised prosecutors to be vigilant in handling cases and to estimate the situation against threats, disturbances, obstacles and challenges (AGHT).
"For this reason, each work unit makes periodic reports to the leaders as material for evaluation and consideration for making policies regarding current conditions," said Amir.
Amir hopes that all intelligence agencies at the central and regional levels will further optimize performance so that the absorption of the 2022 budget can be achieved according to the target and prepare to support government policies in realizing "Increasing Productivity for Inclusive and Sustainable Economic Transformation in 2023".
“Intelligence as the “sense of Adhyaksa” and as the “sense of the state” must always carry out the role as the “eyes and ears” of the leadership to continuously carry out early detection and provide actual and objective information to the leadership as a form of early warning, particularly in support of 'Increasing Productivity' for Inclusive and Sustainable Economic Transformation',” said Amir.
Therefore, he said, intelligence officers must reform their views through changing the way of thinking (mindset), work culture (culture set), and behavior (behavior) as intelligence officers of the Prosecutor's Office by emphasizing the implementation of intelligence functions to law enforcement for preventive action.
The appreciation was conveyed at the Virtual Working Visit of the Indonesian Attorney General and his staff for the Performance Evaluation and Halalbihalal on Monday (9/5).
