Fortuner Car, Given By Police, Tajir Suspect Of Illegal Gold Mine, 11 Speedboats And Luxury Watches Secured By Polda Kaltara,

TANJUNG SELOR - North Kalimantan Police Investigators have seized a number of luxury items belonging to wealthy police Brigadier HSB, a suspect in the illegal gold mining case in Kaltara, including a Toyota Fortuner that was given to someone.

"We only found this car last night in Tanjung Selor. However, we did not find the person. This car belongs to HSB which has been given to someone. We have to confirm this person, we must not assume," said North Kalimantan Police Chief Inspector General Daniel Adityajaya accompanied by the Dirreskrimsus AKBP Hendy Febrianto Kurniawan was reported by Antara, Monday, May 9.

In addition, three luxury watches were also used as evidence.

"The brand is Bradley. We can't confirm the price yet. What is clear is that it is expensive," said the Kapolda.

Three excavators that had operated at the location of an illegal gold mine belonging to HSB were also shown by the Regional Police Chief along with two trucks.

"Per unit of this excavator is estimated at IDR 2.5 billion. Trucks are around IDR 500 million," he said.

The police chief also showed evidence of two boxes containing semi-automatic firearms inside. Approximately 200 rounds of ammunition were also seized.

"We also confiscated a DVR (digital video recorder) because we found evidence that contained a record of the cyanide warehouse allegedly belonging to HSB. We will also analyze the contents of a laptop if it relates to what we suspect," he said.

Previously, investigators confiscated other HSB assets, each a Toyota Alphard and a Honda Civic.

The police also secured 11 speedboats allegedly belonging to HSB which were used as tools or proceeds of his crime.

"We gradually found these 11 speedboats in different places with the keys missing and the propellers being pulled out, allegedly deliberately to hinder the investigation process," he said.
