Current Condition Of Puncak Bogor: No One Way In Gadog, Traffic Smooth
BOGOR - Bogor Resort Police will apply traffic engineering in Gadog, Bogor Regency, West Java on a situational basis. Currently, there is no one way or one way operation for Gadog to Puncak or Jakarta.
Bogor Police Chief, AKBP Iman Imanuddin said the current situation of traffic flow from Simpang Gadog to Puncak, and vice versa, was still smooth.
"With the current situation of smooth traffic, we are still waiting for one way up, but for one way down, we are looking at the situation on the road," said Iman at the Simpang Gadog area, Bogor, Sunday, May 8.
He continued, one way is applied if needed to break down the density.
Iman said that the plan for a one-way implementation to deal with the prediction of the peak of the Eid backflow today, had previously been prepared since Saturday, May 7 evening.
The plan is one way to Puncak in the morning, then one way to Jakarta in the afternoon.
The deployment of personnel for now, said Iman, is 170 from the National Police, and from a combination of Satpol PP, Transportation Service, Orari, and so on. "We have reserve BKO troops if we need additional personnel for line reinforcement," he added, launching Antara.
Monitoring at 09.00 WIB, traffic flow to the Puncak area and towards DKI Jakarta was monitored smoothly.
The Simpang Gadog police post has also been equipped with a health post for travelers who need health services during the return flow of Lebaran 2022.
