JAKARTA - The seller of grilled fish on Nipah Beach, North Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara was invaded by tourists on the Eid 1443 Hijri holiday.
Nipah Beach is currently a favorite for tourists who want to take a vacation while looking at the blue sea water and enjoying fresh grilled fish sold by traders along the coast.
Ibu Sipakyah, one of the sellers of grilled fish on Nipah Beach, as quoted by Antara, Sunday, May 8, said that the turnover of grilled fish sales after Eid 2022 continues to increase every day compared to normal days.
He admitted that on this Eid holiday, the turnover could reach Rp. 2 million to Rp. 3 million per day. While on weekdays it can reach Rp. 500 thousand to Rp. 1 million per day or depending on tourist visits.
"If this Eid holiday visits to Nipah Beach increase, income will also increase," he said.
The price of grilled fish and food sold is relatively cheap or affordable for the general public. For the price of grilled fish of Rp. 50 thousand to Rp. 100 thousand, it can be for two people or four people. As for the food menu, such as grilled eggplant and Pelecing kale, Rp. 10 thousand and young coconut Rp. 10 thousand for one seed.
"The price of grilled fish is not expensive, so that visitors keep coming. On the day of Eid, Topat is usually more crowded than now," he said.
Watching reporters along the entrance to Nipah Beach, you can see grilled fish sellers lined up along the beach. They are seen burning sea fish using coals from their heads, so that when tourists pass by, they smell the aroma of grilled fish.

This Eid holiday is also a blessing for parking attendants, because a number of two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles are seen in full line along the Nipah Beach parking area. In addition, canoe and boat rental services on the coast of Nipah also benefit from this year's Eid holiday.
