Sandiaga Uno Invites Sulaiman For A Gathering With Neighbors Near Private House

JAKARTA - This year's Eid, the government provides flexibility for the public to be able to feel the nuances of Eid al-Fitr again as in previous years the pandemic hit. Although strict health protocols must still be carried out.

The community is able to re-establish friendship with relatives and neighbors. The Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Sandiaga Uno is no exception.

With his family, he celebrates Eid by inviting his children to visit neighbors. The moment of celebration can be seen from a short video uploaded by Sandiaga Uno on his personal Instagram account.

In the video, Sandiaga is seen performing the Eid prayer with his son, Sulaiman, at a mosque near his housing complex. Both of them were compact wearing white koko clothes and walking hand in hand to the mosque for the Eid prayer.

After performing the Eid prayers, Sandiaga invited Sulaiman to visit a neighbor's house in the housing complex, to stay in touch and apologize.

"I'm very happy that this year's Eid we can carry out Eid prayers together, in congregation without any restrictions. May Allah SWT always provide protection for Indonesia, and may we all be given health and blessings. Amen, rabbal alamin," wrote Sandiaga Uno on his account social media.

At the end of the upload on his Instagram, the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy also conveyed Eid al-Fitr congratulations to Indonesian Muslims.

"Happy Eid, everyone. Sorry to be born & inner heart. Happy Eid with your family. Say hello to your family at home!" said Sandiaga Uno.
