The National Police Chief Makes Sure The Density Of Homecoming From Merak Harbor Has Been Unraveled
JAKARTA - The National Police Chief, General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, said that for now it has been unraveled. This happened after the handling was carried out with the relevant stakeholders.
"Alhamdulillah, as of last afternoon and tonight, the density at Merak Harbor has broken down," said Sigit in his statement, Saturday, April 30.
The National Police Chief explained the success of his party and related stakeholders in disentangling the Merak Port, namely the addition of ports such as Ciwandan and Indah Kiat.
"The addition of these two ports as well as the hard work of police officers and related ranks in the field, quickly overcome the vehicle queues that were congested," he said.
The National Police Chief appealed to people who want to cross from Merak Port to Bakauheni Port to buy tickets before leaving. This is done in order to speed up the process when entering the port.
"If you are still not going home, then the option of making ticket reservations through an online application is much better and faster when loading. However, everything will be served, both go shows and reservations," he concluded.
