Investigating The Case Of Bogor Regent Ade Yasin, KPK Forced Searches Of 2 Houses In Bandung

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) conducted forced searches in two locations in the Bandung area, West Java, in the case of the corruption case of Bogor Regent Ade Yasin.

Plt. KPK spokesman Ali Fikri said the locations of the searches took place in Buah Batu sub-districts, Bandung City and Sukasari, Bandung City on Friday, April 29.

"(We) carried out forced searches at 2 locations in the Buah Batu District, Bandung City and Gegerkalong Village, Sukasari District, Bandung City," Ali said in his statement, Saturday, April 30.

During the search, the KPKP confiscated electronic evidence from the two houses. Later, the electronic evidence and its contents will be confirmed to the suspect and witnesses.

"At the residence, they were found and secured including electronic evidence," he concluded.

Previously, the KPK investigation team also searched a number of places in a series of hand arrest operations (OTT) that ensnared the Bogor Regent, Ade Yasin.

"The Investigative Team (Thursday, April 28) has completed carrying out forced searches at several locations in the Bogor Regency area," said Ali.
