According to him, the scope of the accident insurance is as regulated in the Law (UU) on public road traffic accidents number 34 of 1964, in conjunction with Government Regulation (PP) Number 18 of 1965.

Article 10 of the Law on Public Road Traffic Accidents Number 34 of 1964 also stipulates that anyone outside of a road traffic transport vehicle who causes an accident, or becomes a victim of an accident resulting from the use of such road traffic transport.
"Including if the victim dies whose family is domiciled in Java, we make sure the funds are channeled there," he said.
Where, the classification of the compensation fund includes, for victims who died of Rp. 50 million, injured victims of Rp. 20 million, permanent disabled victims of Rp. 50 million, burial costs for victims without heirs of Rp. 4 million along with additional costs for PSK benefits of Rp. 2 million and ambulances of Rp. 500 thousand. .
"The funds disbursed until April 26 are around Rp. 15 billion or more, or an increase from last year's Rp. 14 billion, the highest incidence is in the areas of Muara Enim, Banyuasin, Musi Banyuasin and the city of Palembang," he said.
