Ready To Add New Features, Livin By Mandiri Users Can Buy Travel Tickets To Golf Course Bookings Through The Application
JAKARTA - PT Bank Mandiri Tbk plans to develop features in the Livin' by Mandiri application to make the customer transaction experience more enjoyable and easy.
Bank Mandiri Deputy President Director Alexandra Askandar in a presentation of Bank Mandiri's performance for the first quarter of 2022 said that in the near future Livin' will present an ecosystem so that it can be integrated with other digital ecosystems through collaboration with top digital players in the market.
"Through this open ecosystem strategy, we provide flexibility to customers to make transactions without the need to change applications," he said, Wednesday, April 27.
He added, the new Livin' will continue to innovate and bring exclusive features and collaborations for its users.
"In the future, the new Livin' will also launch investment products and urban lifestyle to present a digital ecosystem," added Alexandra.
For investment features, he continued, Bank Mandiri will provide convenience for customers and Livin' users to buy and sell investment instruments such as mutual funds that are tailored to the buyer's risk profile.
Not only that, he said, Bank Mandiri will also provide investment services and products from subsidiary companies such as Mandiri Sekuritas and Mandiri Investasi.
"In addition, we will also present an urban lifestyle feature where livin users can make daily transactions related to lifestyle in the livin application. For example, later Livin' users will buy travel tickets, buy game vouchers and book golf courses only through Livin' application," he explained.
Besides being adjusted to the risk profile of each user, this service will also offer various other attractive promos.
"Bank Mandiri has presented reliable digital banking solutions to customers through the Super App Livin' by Mandiri to provide a customer experience like branch services at hand," he continued.
In his presentation, he also said, "Currently Livin' by Mandiri has been able to process up to 11 thousand transactions per second which proves that Bank Mandiri's digital channels have dominated customer transactions.
Meanwhile, in the first quarter of 2022, Livin' by Mandiri has been downloaded 11 million times, a threefold increase since October 2021. Meanwhile, the number of Livin' by Mandiri transactions has reached 417 million transactions or grew 71 percent year on year (yoy). In which, the transaction value of Livin' by Mandiri amounted to Rp508 trillion, or grew 49 percent yoy.
