Pertamina's President Director Nicke Widyawati Responds To The Call Of The KPK Council Regarding The Alleged Acceptance Of Lili Pintauli Siregar's Gratification
JAKARTA - President Director of PT Pertamina (Persero) Nicke Widyawati finally fulfilled the summons of the Supervisory Board of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK). He will be questioned regarding the alleged violation of the code of ethics in the form of receiving accommodation and tickets for the Mandalika MotoGP by the Deputy Chairperson of the KPK, Lili Pintauli Siregar.
Nicke was present at the ACLC KPK Building, Rasuna Said, South Jakarta today, Wednesday, April 27 at around 08.47 WIB. Not a single statement was issued by the boss of this state-owned company.
In fulfilling the summons of the KPK Council, he was accompanied by a number of parties from PT Pertamina (Persero).
Nicke was previously called uncooperative by KPK Supervisory Board member Syamsuddin Haris. As a result of this action, efforts to ask for information from parties who are suspected of knowing about Lili's alleged ethical violation have been hampered.
"The clarification on Pertamina has not been completed because the Pertamina president director is not cooperative. He has been invited for clarification and rescheduled, but he did not attend," said Syamsuddin Haris in a written statement to reporters, Tuesday, April 26.
The KPK Council hopes that Nicke will cooperate in responding to the summons so that Lili's alleged ethical violation can be immediately clarified. "Clarification to the LPS mother has been delayed because the collection of materials and information from external parties has not been completed," he said.
"Dewas hopes that the cooperation between the President Director of Pertamina can work together and be cooperative in uncovering allegations of ethical violations committed by the LPS mother," added Syamsuddin.
Lili is suspected of receiving gratuities in the form of hotel accommodations and tickets to watch the Mandalika MotoGP from a state-owned company which was later named as a member of the KPK Supervisory Board, Syamsuddin Haris, namely PT Pertamina (Persero).
This complaint was then followed up by the KPK Council by asking for clarification from a number of parties. In addition, Tumpak Hatorangan et al have asked related parties to bring proof of booking accommodation at Amber Lombok Beach Resort and Mandalika MotoGP tickets at the Grandstand Premium Zone A-Red.
