Homecoming Travelers Passing Bengkulu Can Vaccinate COVID-19 At 2 Bus Terminal Command Posts
BENGKULU - The COVID-19 vaccination post was established by the Bengkulu Navy Base (Lanal) at two bus terminals in Bengkulu City ahead of the 2022 Eid homecoming.
The Commander of Lanal Bengkulu, Marine Lt. Col. (F) Nyoman Gede Pradyana AS, said that the vaccination post was established to facilitate people who want to carry out COVID-19 vaccinations.
"The vaccine attack activity is one of the government programs which is also an order from the leadership of the Navy which aims to facilitate people who have not received the vaccination attack," said Nyoman Gede in Bengkulu, quoted from Antara, Saturday, April 23. passengers who have not received the first, second, and third doses of vaccination to receive the vaccine which is the main condition for traveling long distances or going home.
In this activity, his party provided three types of doses of the COVID-19 vaccine, namely the Pfizer, Sinovac, and AstraZeneca types.
"We provide 60 doses of vaccine at each bus terminal every day until April 30, but if people are enthusiastic about participating in vaccination, the vaccine dose will be increased," he said. Operational staff of PO SAN Bengkulu City Fredi Febrianto said that the vaccination post helps prospective passengers to qualify before traveling. In accordance with government regulations, travelers who have not received the first, second, and third doses of vaccination must perform an antigen swab test and PCR.
"Because during the isolation in Bakauheni, Lampung Province, it was not hampered or vaccination was carried out at that location because it was very time-consuming," he said.
