Arrow Terror Has Troubled In Bima, NTB Police Invites People To Stop This Action

MATARAM - Arrow terror acts have become a frightening specter in the last two months in Bima Regency and City. This made the Head of Public Relations of the West Nusa Tenggara Regional Police (Polda NTB) Kombes Pol Artanto invite all components of society to support the cessation of the terror act.

"Actually, the police have made many efforts to overcome this. Starting from pre-emptive, preventive to repressive efforts. However, all of that has not been able to stop the problem," said Artanto quoted in a written statement received by Antara in Mataram, Saturday, April 23.

Artanto, representing the ranks in charge of the jurisdiction of the Regency and City of Bima, hopes for the support and involvement of all components of society, including asking the government for attention.

"Let's sit down together, see what is the source of the problem and how to solve the movement," he said.

In the last two months, the police recorded that hundreds of arrows and catapults had been confiscated. Most of the perpetrators came from the group of children who were still in middle school to high school.

Finally, Friday, April 22, the Bima Satreskrim Puma Team arrested four young people, three of whom were underage. They were arrested on suspicion of mistreatment using machetes and arrows.
