Malang Police Alert Personnel At 8 Security Posts For Eid Al-Fitr 2022

MALANG - The Malang Resort Police (Polres) has alerted its personnel at eight Lebaran 2022 homecoming posts spread across Malang Regency, East Java. Of the total Lebaran homecoming posts, seven of them are security posts and one is a service post.

"Joint personnel will be assigned to the seven security posts and one service post," said Malang Police Chief AKBP Ferli Hidayat in Malang Regency, quoted by Antara, Friday, April 22.

Ferli explained that security posts will be opened at the exit of the Lawang Toll Road, Singosari Toll Road, Pakis Toll Road, Lawang Market, Jl. Raya Kepuharjo Karangploso, the three Karangkates intersection, the Bantur Southern Crossroad (JLS) and one service post at the Karanglo Police Post.

He added that the Malang Police will hold Operation Ketupat Semeru 2022 on April 28 to May 9, 2022. The total number of joint personnel deployed to secure the celebration of Eid Al-Fitr 1443 Hijriah is approximately 418 personnel.

"For this operation, we have deployed 418 joint personnel, both from the TNI, Polri, and other related elements," he said.
