JAKARTA - This new type of food was initially popular in Bali. Since 2022, it has been introduced outside Bali, including in Jakarta. Noritaco is present at the Ramadan Festival of Culinary Festival. The presentation goes through several stages. The fried seaweed is then added with rice. Meanwhile, the salmon meat is grilled impromptu until cooked. Other toppings can be chosen according to taste.
