MAGELANG - Vice President Ma'ruf Amin reviewed the readiness of the Borobudur Temple Tourism Park (TWC) destination in Magelang, Central Java, Thursday, welcoming the 2022 Eid holiday.

"I visited priority tourist destinations so that I can visit Eid al-Fitr. It's been two years since people have been able to visit this tourist spot", said the Vice President at TWC Borobudur, Central Java, quoted by Antara, Thursday, April 21.

The vice president said it was estimated that many tourists would visit Borobudur Temple during the 2022 Eid holiday.

Therefore, the management prepares everything to welcome tourists from entry access to the surrounding ecosystem.

"Various ecosystem facilities have been built very well as priority destinations. Even the arrangement, apart from being a tourist place, is also a place for developing MSMEs, so it doesn't interfere", said Ma'ruf.

The Vice President, who was accompanied by the Governor of Central Java, Ganjar Pranowo, received an explanation that all preparations had been carried out well, except for the transfer of MSMEs to a special place.

"So that may be soon it will be available so that the ecosystem and even places to stay in the community or homestay have also been arranged", he said.

The vice president hopes that during the long holiday, people can enjoy tourism, especially local and foreign tourists.

"This (Borobudur Temple) is the pride of the nation. There is no place like this in the world except in Pak Ganjar's place", said Ma'ruf Amin.
