Pursuing Credit Growth, BNI Offers Low Interest Mortgages 3.2 Percent Fixed Two Years
JAKARTA - PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk's distribution of housing loans (KPR) has reached IDR 49.8 trillion as of February 2022. This figure is up eight percent from the same period the previous year.
"The trend of property loan growth in the first quarter of 2022 tends to increase," said BNI's Director of Consumer Business, Corina Leyla Karnalies in a statement quoted by Antara, Sunday, April 17.
Corina explained that mortgage growth in the first two months of this year had doubled compared to the previous year. This realization also surpassed the growth of mortgages throughout 2021 which grew by 7.7 percent (yoy) to reach Rp. 49.6 trillion.
With the improvement in the property sector and the economy this year, the company is ready to achieve a total credit target of 7-10 percent (yoy), one of which is through various attractive offers to prospective BNI Griya debtors.
