Israeli Army Attack On Al Aqsa Mosque Makes Malaysia Worried, Why?

JAKARTA - The Malaysian government has condemned the Israeli army's attack on Palestinian civilians who were praying at the Al-Aqsa Mosque, April 15 yesterday.

Malaysian Prime Minister Ismail Sabri Yaakob said his party was worried following the increase in violence in the Israeli-occupied Palestinian territories.

The attacks that occurred demonstrated the ongoing violence and the basis of apartheid practiced by the Israeli occupation army against the human rights, life, welfare and money of the Palestinian people.

"Malaysia asks the international community to renew their determination to find a solution to the protracted Israeli-Palestinian conflict," he said, as reported by Antara.

Malaysia will also continue to work closely with the international community to seek security and justice for the Palestinian people. Malaysia also wants to create prosperity in the Middle East region.

"At the same time, Malaysia also affirms its support for the Palestinian people and their struggle for independence from Israel's illegal occupation, realizing the aspiration to establish an independent Palestinian state based on pre-1967 borders, and Baitulmuqaddis as its capital," said the Malaysian PM.
