Parking Attendant Steals Madrasah School Fence In Binjai, North Sumatra, Now Entering Detention Cell

MEDAN - Police arrested 2 parking attendants who stole the fence of a madrasa school in Tangsi Village, Binjai City District, Binjai, North Sumatra.

Head of Public Relations of the Binjai Police, Iptu Junaidi, said the two men were named M Ariandi (35) and Tono Afriandi (24). Both are residents of Binjai City District.

Iptu Junaidi explained that the theft of the madrasa fence was carried out on Wednesday, April 13. The theft was first discovered when the madrasa owner named Robi Antoni came to his madrasa.

"At around 08.00 WIB, the reporter and his friend came to the madrasa and saw that one madrasa school fence had disappeared," said Iptu Junaidi, Saturday, April 16.

The victim suffered a loss of Rp. 4 million and immediately reported it to the Binjai City Police.

The police who received the report immediately investigated this case and hunted down the perpetrator. As a result, the two perpetrators were arrested on Veteran Street, Binjai Kota District, Thursday, April 15.

"Furthermore, the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Binjai City Police, brought and secured the perpetrators to the command of the Binjai City Police," he said.

From the hands of the two perpetrators, the police helped secure a number of pieces of evidence. One of them, the motor rickshaw used by the perpetrators to transport stolen goods.

"They are subject to Article 363 Subsidiary 362 of the Criminal Code," said Iptu Junaidi.
